Ingredients:
1-1/2 pounds chop meat 1/2 cup milk 1-1/2 cups stuffing mix 1 onion, choped 1 can condensed cream of celery soup 1/2 cup water salt pepper
Egg noodles, cooked according to package directions
Place croutons in bowl. Add milk and let stand until softened. Blend in meat, onions, salt and pepper. Make meatballs and place in roasting pan. Mix soup and water and pour over meatballs. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. |
