Macaroni Salad
4 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
2 1/2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
medium onion, chopped
4 hard boiled eggs, yolks separated, whites chopped

Cook pasta in boiling water until slightly tender (about 8 minutes).  Drain and place into cold water to cool.  Drain again.

In separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, and egg yolks.  Whisk to blend.

Add chopped onion and egg whites to macaroni.  Stir in mayonnaise mixture.  Cool at least 4 hours or over night.
