Cream Puffs
Ingredients:

1/2 cup water
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup cake flour
2 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
Extra powdered sugar for dusting

Heat butter with water until melted.  Reduce heat and stir in flour.  Stir until mixture forms a ball (mixture will be lumpy).  Remove from heat.  Beat the two eggs and stir into mixture with fork.  Continue stirring until mixture is smooth.  Drop by teaspoonsful onto ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.  Cool completely and then slit tops with knife.

Whip cream and 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar until firm.  Fill pastry bag with cream and pipe into shells.  Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
