| Clams with White Wine and Garlic | ||||||
| 6 cloves garlic, chopped 2 tablespoons olive oil 1cup white wine 1 cup clam juice 5 dozen clams 1/4 teaspoon thyme 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons lemon juice Scrub clams clean. Heat oil in large pot over high heat. Add remaining ingredients. Heat until clams are opened. Discard any clams that do not open. Serve with crusty bread or Rosemary Onion Foccacia Bread. |
