1 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup distilled vinegar 3 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger 2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic 2 tablespoons chopped scallions 2 tablespoons sesame oil 20 chicken wings, divided, wing tips removed
Mix first seven ingredients together. Pour over chicken and marinate for at least 2 hours, or over night. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange chicken in single layer on greased baking pans. Pour marinade over wings and bake for 50 minutes. |
