Blue Cheese Dressing
2 eggs
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
2 cups vegetable oil
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

Place all ingredients, except the oil, in a blender and process for 15 to 20 seconds.  Continue processing while you drizzle in the oil in a slow, steady stream.  Process for another 45 seconds and pour into a bowl.  Refrigerate until ready to use.
