Ingredients:
1 Cup Water 3/4 Cup Vinegar 1/3 Cup Oil 3 Tablespoons Horseradish Sauce 2 Tablespoons Worchestershire Sauce 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard 1 Tablespoon Honey 1/3 Cup Ketchup
*This recipe may be used with either beef or pork spareribs, or chicken pieces.
Using a large pot, mix all ingredients together. Add meat and simmer for 1/2 hour. Barbeque, using remaining sauce as a baster, until slightly charred. |
