Ingredients:
1 8 oz. can of Doxie minced clams and clam juice 2 Tablespoons minced onion 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 Tablespoon parsley 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/2 teaspoon oregano 2 Tablespoons olive oil pepper, to taste 1 hardboiled egg, crushed Parmesan cheese
8 clam shells
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In frying pan, mix everything but egg. Lightly brown. Transfer mixture to bowl. Mix in crushed hardboiled egg. Spoon into shells and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes. |
