Baked Beans
Ingredients:

1 (14-15 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Molasses
2 (19-ounce) cans small white beans, rinsed and drained (4 cups)
1 medium onion, sliced thin
6 bacon slices cut into 1" pieces

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Stir together first six ingredients.  Add beans and gently stir.  Transfer to a 2 quart, shallow baking dish.

Arange onion slices over beans, and then cover with bacon pieces.

Bake, uncovered, until bacon is browned and beans have absorbed most of the liquid, about 1 1/4 hours.
